I know you’re ready to walk of of uncertainty and step into a time of grounding activated by time-tested signature processes. At this retreat you will engage in a safe space with like-minded women encouraging vulnerability, personal growth, and life-long friendship.

Meztli Living’s Women’s Retreats are small and as the Facilitator, I work to hold safe space for your journey in grounding to help you heal and move forward in whatever stage of life you are currently in.

Tepoztlán is a town that is categorized as a “Pueblo Mágico,” and is known for its energetic recharging qualities. Located 1.5 hours from Mexico City; an easy bus ride that will be arranged for you. It is a place where nature and spirit meet attracting tourists looking for connection to both mystical pratices and grounding opportunities.

The retreat and your accommodations are at the peaceful Casa Azul, and your days will include guided meditations, energy healing, a past life regression visualization, yoga and mindset tools.

As part of the Meztli Women’s Retreat we will work with local healers in a “Temazcal” (an ancient Mayan sweat lodge used for emotional and physical healing and purification), climb “El Tepozteco,” (archeologic site and pyramid known for recharging energy), shop in town (many crystal and local meditation and art shops).

Cost includes round trip transportation to and from the Mexico City airport, four nights accommodations at La Casa Azul, four energizing breakfasts, four grounding lunches, four delicious dinners, the temazcal (heat lodge experience), Tepozteco entrance.
